Set along the canals of Fantasy Island with direct access to Nadi Bay, this two-storey residence was designed and built as a luxury family villa, balancing everyday functionality with high-end indoor-outdoor living.

The home offers four bedrooms across two levels, anchored by a generous open-plan living and dining area that flows into a front kitchen, coffee station, and bar — designed for both daily family living and entertaining guests. A separate pantry and second kitchen sit behind the main living space, giving the household a working kitchen for meal prep and larger gatherings without disrupting the show kitchen up front. A dedicated laundry area completes the practical side of the home.

Outdoors, the property is built around water and entertaining. An infinity pool leads the eye straight out to the canal, framed by an outdoor sitting area and a full outdoor cooking and dining setup with BBQ — ideal for Fiji's year-round outdoor lifestyle.
